Choosing the correct materials is important when fabricating your own exhaust. Using the wrong pipe diameter, wall thickness or bends can make the job more difficult than it needs to be.
This is the same high-quality 304 grade stainless steel exhaust material I personally use when fabricating my own motorcycle exhaust systems. It has the correct 38mm outside diameter and is well suited to custom motorcycle exhaust fabrication.
Whether you’re building a complete exhaust system, modifying an existing setup or creating a custom exhaust for your project bike, this kit gives you the essential materials to get the job done.
Easy to cut, weld and fabricate
The stainless steel tubing can easily be cut using a standard angle grinder with a cutting disc and welded using TIG, MIG or Stick welding equipment.
No need to spend time sourcing individual bends and tubing – we’ve done that part for you.
