Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 48hrs to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  We do not allow store pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Will be through standard local post methods. 

FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping rates apply to all purchases of $150-AUD or more only.  Purchases under $150-AUD will be charged at standard rates. Free shipping will be sent at standard shipping rates unless stated otherwise.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping. For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prime Moto Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at support@caferacergarageshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Important Information for US Customers
As of August 29, 2025, the United States has eliminated the "de minimis" ($800) duty-free exemption. This means all orders shipped from Australia to the US are now subject to formal customs entry, duties, and taxes, regardless of the order value.
  • Responsibility for Fees: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are the Importer of Record. All import duties, federal taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by you directly to the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) before or upon delivery.
  • Customs Processing: Please note that all shipments are now subject to mandatory US Customs inspection, which may result in additional processing times beyond our control.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your final refund.
