WHO WE ARE
BUILT BY BUILDERS WHO HATED WIRING
We are two blokes who love building cafe racers and could not stand the wiring. So we fixed it.
IT STARTED IN THE GARAGE

Cafe Racer Garage began the way most builds do. A small workshop on the Gold Coast, a project bike, a handful of tools, and a camera left running. The first video was Dan building a lift table that is still in use today. The first bike to feature was a 1992 Honda CB650, now a daily rider.
Dan filmed the lot and put it on YouTube so other people having a go could follow along. The wins, the mistakes, and everything in between. The channel grew into a community of riders, first timers, and weekend tinkerers from all over the world, with millions of views. And the comments kept circling back to the same thing.
EVERYONE GETS STUCK ON THE WIRING

Ask any builder what nearly stopped them finishing, and most will say the same two words. The wiring. It is the rat’s nest under the seat, the job you keep putting off, the bit that turns a fun project into a headache.
Dan hated it too. That is where Willis came in. He had the head for the electrical side that Dan did not, and between the two of them they worked out how to strip the loom back to something simple. One clean system instead of a tangle of relays, fuses, and the last owner’s bodge job.
FROM THEN TO NOW
HOW IT STARTED, HOW IT'S GOING
SO WE PUT IT INTO PRODUCTION

After years of one off custom parts, we took the pieces builders asked for most and put them into production. At the heart of it is the Prime Core control hub. One box that replaces the factory loom and runs your headlight, indicators, brake, start, and charging without the birds nest. No fuse box bolted to the frame. No load resistors. No electronics degree required.
Around it sits the rest of the kit a build actually needs. Regulator rectifiers, batteries, key and keyless ignitions, starter solenoids, seat bases and foam, frame hoops with built in tail lights, gauges, and the Weekend Bike Builder course for anyone starting from scratch.
BUILT FOR BUILDERS, NOT COLLECTORS

We are not a marketplace reselling whatever is cheapest this week. We ride what we sell, we film it going onto real bikes, and we answer the messages ourselves. Good gear at a fair price that an ordinary person can fit in their own shed, without paying boutique brand money or wrestling a wiring diagram that assumes you are an auto electrician.
If wiring is your weakness, you are exactly who we built this for. Cafe Racer Garage is an Australian business based on the Gold Coast, and every Prime Core hub is backed by a 12 month warranty.
THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE
