Yes. We ship to the US, UK, EU, Canada, New Zealand and most countries worldwide. If you can add items to cart and see a shipping cost at checkout, we can send it to you.

It can be. We ship from Australia, and some countries charge duties or import taxes on arrival. That charge is separate from us and out of our control, and it is paid through the carrier so your shipment can be released. It is not a second shipping fee.
You receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it has been a couple of days and nothing has arrived, email support@caferacergarageshop.com with your order number and we will chase it up.
Prices on caferacergarageshop.com are in AUD (Australian dollars). If your browser shows a different currency symbol, that is a local conversion for display only. The charge is processed in AUD.

No. The Prime Core Control Hub is a wiring and switching hub, not an ignition controller. Your existing CDI or ECU stays in place. The hub connects to it and manages the handlebar controls, lighting, horn and starter circuit around it.
The full Prime Core installation guides, pinout diagrams and DIP switch settings are on our Installation Guides page. For any other product, email support@caferacergarageshop.com with your order number and bike details and our team will help directly.
We accept returns. Email support@caferacergarageshop.com with your order number and the reason, and we will send return instructions. If a part breaks on install, include photos of the damage and a short description of how it failed and we will sort it out.
